تكفى تراه مجننتنيلا يوجد عندك أى مشكلة واضحة تأكد من أن ملفات ال Crash dump مفعلة حتى يستطيع البرنامج قرائتها عن طريق عمل الاَتىكليك يمين على my computer ثم أختار properties ثم أدخل على Advanced System settings
ثم أدخل على إعدادات Startup and Recovery مثل ماهو موضح بالصورة
ثم تأكد من أن الأعدادات مثل الموضحة بالصورة أسفل
